We’re looking for an energetic sales professional to join our team and help us handle our growing and loyal client base. We are seeking someone who is eager to join a fast-paced, driven, and thriving real estate team. As a sales partner, you will enjoy creating solutions for your clients on the fly, managing a thick book of business, and working with a wide variety of people.

Responsibilities

Prepare for client meetings and showings by conducting appropriate research.

Win new buyer clients by presenting The Marion DeSantis Team’s unique value proposition, answering questions, and kicking off the home buying process.

Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.

Expedite the resolution of client concerns to maximize client satisfaction.
Requirements

Willing and able to obtain a real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!)

Willing to learn and practice sales and negotiation skills.

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client’s needs.

Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting ambitious goals.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends to accommodate your clients schedules. (We work as a team and cover for each other, so some flexibility is available.)

Willing to accept phone calls and follow up with clients including Saturday and Sunday.

Valid driver’s license and personal car required.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay is commission only with the potential to earn $75,000 – $100,000+
